Who I work with.

Whether a company has existed for generations or is founded tomorrow, the questions are often similar. The answers are not.

Five fields, one standard.

Established companies

What already exists is sharpened, realigned and made visible. Positioning, brand leadership and business model from a single source.

Typical questions: What do we still stand for? Where are we losing value? How do we address the client who is willing to pay more?

Companies in the making

From idea to viable structure. Brand, model and market are built so they can grow.

Typical questions: What is the company called and why? Which client first? What is built before revenue, and what after?

New business units

Growth from what exists, without diluting the substance. A new branch that belongs to the trunk.

Typical questions: Does the new unit fit the brand or does it need its own? Which resources does it share and which not? How is it led?

From product to premium product

My experience in the luxury service market and with high-end products shows that every simple product carries a story. Told well, it creates value and meaning.

Origin, craft, attitude. The story is not invented but uncovered and translated into language, design and experience.

Education

Passing on knowledge is part of business development for me. As faculty in the Executive Master programme at Glion Institute of Higher Education I teach branding, marketing, entrepreneurship and digital transformation.

For companies: workshops and sparring sessions for leadership teams who want to develop their business themselves.

FROM STRATEGIC ASSESSMENT TO EXECUTION

I do not work alone. Team members and partners support my work as a business development expert and deliver alongside me. The team grows with the task.
